FactorSoft Dialer

The FactorSoft Dialer module is a separate add-on that integrates with your TAPI-compliant phone system.  This allows you to quickly and automatically dial clients, debtors, or contacts by clicking on the phone icon wherever it is visible in the program. 

 

FS Dialer also has a Phone Log component that can keep a historical log of all calls made to the
contact from the FactorSoft application.
