About Bayside Business...
Bayside Business Solutions, Inc., was founded in 1999 in Santa Monica, California with one mission: to produce a high-quality,
easy-to-use software solution for factors and asset-based lenders. FactorSoft is an innovative and complete portfolio management
system, covering all operation and collection aspects of invoice-based factoring and A/R finance.
In 2004, Bayside opened a new Operations Center in Birmingham, AL, allowing us to increase our technical support hours and provide
additional time zone coverage for our growing global market. In 2007, the Operations Center moved downtown to the Two
North Twentieth Building. This newly constructed facility in one of Birmingham's landmark buildings represents a doubling of space,
and houses a state-of-the-art Support Center and inhouse training facilities. For our press release related to this move, see this page.
Partnership Opportunities
While it is our intention to always provide email and phone support ourselves, we recognize that our product is a small piece of a
companies total automation infrastructure. To this end we welcome value added partners and solution providers that wish to add
FactorSoft to their list of integrated products.
FactorSoft runs most commonly in a network environment. This creates a requirement for assistance from professional computer companies
that can setup and administer networks, SQL servers, backup systems, etc.
Our desirable partner will have expertise with Microsoft technologies, provide quality computers, and be responsive to their clients needs.
